Article 1 — Purpose and Scope
These internal rules apply to all trainees participating in training programs organized by IKASIA, whether delivered in-person, remotely, or in hybrid format.
In accordance with articles L.6352-3 and L.6352-4 of the French Labour Code, these rules determine:
- The main measures applicable to health and safety
- The rules applicable to discipline
- The arrangements for trainee representation
Article 2 — Health and Safety
2.1 General Provisions
Each trainee must ensure their personal safety and that of others by following the safety instructions in force at the training premises.
2.2 In-Person Training
- Trainees must follow evacuation and fire safety instructions displayed in the premises
- In case of accident or incident, the trainee must immediately inform the trainer
- Alcoholic beverages and illicit substances are strictly prohibited
- Smoking is prohibited in training premises
2.3 Remote Training
- Trainees must ensure they have a suitable work environment (workstation, internet connection)
- Regular breaks are scheduled in the program (minimum 10 minutes per hour)
Article 3 — Discipline
3.1 Schedule
Trainees are required to adhere to the training schedule communicated in advance. Any absence or delay must be reported to the trainer as soon as possible.
3.2 Attendance
Active participation in all training sequences is mandatory. Attendance sheets (in-person) or connection logs (remote) serve as proof of trainee presence.
3.3 Conduct
Trainees commit to:
- Maintaining respectful behavior towards the trainer and other participants
- Not disrupting the smooth running of the training
- Respecting equipment provided
- Not using mobile phones during training sequences (unless authorized by the trainer)
3.4 IT Equipment Use
- IT equipment provided is reserved for educational use only
- Trainees must refrain from illegal downloads, inappropriate website access, or malicious use of provided tools
- Login credentials for educational platforms are personal and non-transferable
3.5 Intellectual Property
Training materials are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorization from IKASIA is prohibited.
Article 4 — Disciplinary Sanctions
In case of breach of these rules, the following sanctions may be imposed:
- Verbal warning by the trainer
- Written warning from IKASIA management
- Temporary exclusion from the training
- Permanent exclusion from the training
No sanction may be imposed without the trainee having been previously informed of the charges and given the opportunity to present their observations, in accordance with article R.6352-4 of the French Labour Code.
Article 5 — Trainee Representation
For training programs exceeding 500 hours, one primary delegate and one alternate delegate are elected among trainees.

Acknowledgment within 48 business hours. Motivated response within 15 business days.

Article 8 — Effective Date
These internal rules take effect from February 16, 2026. They are provided to each trainee before the start of training and are available at all times on ikasia.ai.
