GENERAL <a id="general"></a>
What is Ikasia?
Ikasia is a training organization specializing in artificial intelligence and data science. We offer programs for all profiles — from executives to developers — with a pragmatic, hands-on approach grounded in real-world practice.
Our mission: Make AI accessible and applicable at every level of the organization.
Who are your trainers?
Our trainers are practicing AI experts with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Guillaume Hochard, founder and lead trainer, brings:
- 20 years of experience in AI and data science
- Training since 2018 (CAC 40 companies, SMEs, startups)
- Teaching at La Sorbonne (Master MOSEF)
- AI consulting with dozens of projects delivered
We also work with associate trainers who are experts in NLP, MLOps, AI security, and more.
Are you a certified training organization?
Yes, Ikasia is a registered training organization currently completing registration with the regional authority.
We are also in the process of obtaining Qualiopi certification, the quality label for training organizations in France.

Do you offer tailored training programs?
Yes, absolutely! All our programs are fully customizable.
We adapt:

Are your programs certified?
Our Data Science & Machine Learning Bootcamp (8 weeks) awards a completion certificate attesting to the skills acquired.
For all other programs, we issue training certificates in compliance with legal requirements for registered training organizations.
Do you offer training in English?
Yes! Several of our programs are available in French and English:

FORMATS AND DELIVERY <a id="formats"></a>
What delivery formats do you offer?
We offer 3 formats:
1. In-person
Training at your premises (in-house) or at our training centers (public sessions).
Benefits: Direct interaction, collaborative work, networking.
2. Online
Live sessions via Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet.
Benefits: No travel required, geographic flexibility, reduced costs.
3. Hybrid
A combination of in-person and online sessions.
Benefits: Maximum flexibility, adapted to scheduling constraints.
How does online training work?
Our online programs are interactive and hands-on — not passive webinars.
How it works:
- Live sessions via Zoom/Teams with video and audio
- Screen sharing for demonstrations
- Individual and group practical exercises (breakout rooms)
- Access to cloud environments for technical labs
- Chat for real-time questions
- Course materials accessible online
Required equipment:
- Computer with webcam and microphone
- Stable internet connection
- Required software installed (depending on the program)
How many participants per session?
It depends on the format:
Strategic and business programs (Executives, Managers):
- Public sessions: 6 to 12 participants
- In-house: 8 to 20 participants (adjustable)
Technical programs (Bootcamp, Workshops):
- Public sessions: 6 to 10 participants
- In-house: 8 to 15 participants
Why small groups? To ensure interactivity, personalized support, and high educational quality.
How long are the training programs?
Core programs:
- 1 day (7h): Applied Generative AI, AI Ethics & Regulation
- 2 days (14h): AI Strategy, AI for Managers
- 8 weeks (56h): Data Science Bootcamp
Intensive workshops:
- 3h30: MCP, Copilot Studio, LangGraph, RAG, AI Security
Tailored programs: Duration adapted to your needs (from a few hours to several months).
Do you offer part-time programs?
Yes! Our Data Science Bootcamp is available in part-time format (evenings or weekends) to fit around professional commitments.
We can also adapt other programs into shorter spread-out sessions (e.g., 4 half-days instead of 2 full days).
PRICING AND FUNDING <a id="tarifs"></a>
What are your prices?
Our pricing is tailored based on:
- Format (in-person, online, hybrid)
- Duration
- Number of participants
- Level of customization
Indicative rate: From €1,500 excl. VAT/day/person
Volume discounts available for groups and longer programs.

Can training be funded through an OPCO?
Yes! Ikasia is a registered training organization and our programs are eligible for OPCO funding (Skills Operators in France).
Process:
- Contact your OPCO (Atlas, Afdas, Opco EP, etc.)
- Request funding for the desired program
- We provide all necessary documents (program, agreement, quote)
- Your OPCO approves (or declines) the funding
Important: Submit your request at least 6 weeks before the training.
Note: If the OPCO declines, you remain liable for the full training cost.
Do you offer payment plans?
For longer programs (Bootcamp, multi-module pathways), we offer installment payment plans.

Are there any additional costs (accommodation, meals, etc.)?
Online programs: No additional costs.
In-person programs (in-house):
- At your premises: no venue fees
- Trainer travel: included within mainland France (exceptions may apply)
- Meals: at the client's or participant's expense
In-person programs (public sessions):
- Lunch: included
- Accommodation: not included (at the participant's expense)
REGISTRATION AND LOGISTICS <a id="inscription"></a>
How do I register for a training program?
Step 1: Contact us via our contact form or by email (contact@ikasia.ai)
Step 2: We send you a personalized quote within 48 hours
Step 3: You return the signed quote marked "Accepted"
Step 4: We send you the training agreement and practical information
Step 5: You attend the training!
How much lead time is needed to organize training?
It depends on the format:
Public sessions (inter-company): Dates set in advance. Registration up to 7 days before (subject to availability).
In-house training (tailored): Recommended lead time: 4 to 6 weeks to design the program and organize logistics.
Urgent training: We can organize a session in 2 weeks if the trainer is available.
Can I cancel or reschedule a training session?
Yes, under certain conditions (see our General Terms and Conditions).
Cancellation:
- More than 30 days before: free of charge (excluding deposit)
- Between 30 and 15 days before: 30% retained
- Less than 15 days before: 100% retained
Rescheduling: One free reschedule is allowed, provided the request is made at least 15 days before the training.
Exception: No fees apply in cases of force majeure or participant substitution.
What happens if the trainer is unavailable (illness, etc.)?
In the event of trainer unavailability (illness, force majeure), Ikasia will:
- Provide a replacement trainer of equivalent level, or
- Reschedule the training to a later date
No additional fees for the client in this case.
COURSE CONTENT <a id="contenu"></a>
What are the prerequisites for your programs?
It depends on the program:
AI Strategy for Executives: No technical prerequisites. Open to all profiles.
AI for Managers & Professionals: No technical prerequisites. Beginner level.
Applied Generative AI Workshop: No technical prerequisites. Familiarity with digital tools.
Data Science & ML Bootcamp: Basic programming skills (Python recommended) and statistics (desirable).
Intensive technical workshops:
- MCP, LangGraph, RAG, Security: Intermediate Python
- Copilot Studio: No technical prerequisites

Will I receive the training materials?
Yes! All participants receive:
- Slides from the training (PDF)
- Exercises and answer keys
- Templates and code (for technical programs)
- Checklists and operational playbooks
These materials are sent after the training by email.
Intellectual property: Materials remain the property of Ikasia and must not be shared without authorization.
Are there practical exercises?
Absolutely! Our pedagogy is practice-oriented.
Strategic and business programs:

- Building roadmaps, strategies, and playbooks
Technical programs:
- Hands-on labs (70% of the time)
- Coding exercises
- Ongoing projects

Do you offer follow-up after the training?
Yes! We offer several follow-up options:
Included in all programs:
- Email support: ask questions after the training (30 days)
- Additional resources: articles, tutorials, useful links
Paid options:
- Q&A sessions (monthly or quarterly)
- Individual mentoring to dive deeper into specific topics
- Project support: we help you implement an AI project within your organization

Do you provide equipment (computers, etc.)?
In-person programs (public sessions): Yes, we provide workstations if needed.
In-person programs (in-house): The client provides workstations. We share technical specifications in advance.
Online programs: Each participant must have their own computer. We provide access to cloud environments for technical labs if needed.
AFTER THE TRAINING <a id="apres-formation"></a>
Will I receive an attendance certificate or diploma?
Yes! All participants receive a training certificate stating:
- The training title
- Duration
- Dates
- Skills acquired
For the Data Science & ML Bootcamp, a certification is awarded upon successful completion of the final project.
Can I revisit certain modules if I didn't fully understand them?
Yes! Several options:
Option 1: Email support (30 days after the training) Ask your questions and we'll answer them.
Option 2: Q&A sessions (paid) Monthly group sessions to revisit specific points.
Option 3: Retake the training Certain public sessions allow participants to attend again for free within 6 months (subject to availability).
How can I continue learning after the training?
We offer progressive learning pathways:

Do I need to install software before the training?
It depends on the program:
Strategic and business programs (Executives, Managers): No installation required. A web browser is sufficient.
Generative AI Workshops: Access to ChatGPT or Claude (free or paid accounts).
Technical programs (Bootcamp, Technical Workshops): Yes, we send a technical prerequisites list 1 week before:
- Python, IDE (VSCode, PyCharm)
- Libraries (pip install)
- Cloud access (AWS, Azure, OpenAI accounts depending on the program)
Installation help: We offer an optional setup session before the training.
Can I use my own data during the training?
Yes, we encourage it!
For tailored in-house training, we can incorporate your data and your use cases:
- Analysis of your datasets
- Building models around your specific challenges
- Deploying POCs on your infrastructure
Important: Make sure to comply with your company's confidentiality rules (NDA, anonymization if necessary).
Do you offer training on specific technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, AWS SageMaker)?
Yes! We offer tailored technical training covering specific technologies:

Do you teach LLM fine-tuning?
Yes! Fine-tuning is covered in our Data Science & ML Bootcamp (dedicated module).
We teach:

- Fine-tuning OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models (Llama, Mistral)
- Evaluation of fine-tuned models
